Award winning vehicle hire provider, Reflex, partners with global market leader in telematics technology, Teletrac Navman to transform its fleet operations.

 

Milton Keynes, August 24th 2022 - With a commitment to championing road safety and putting the customer first, Reflex Vehicle Hire supplies an extensive selection of commercial vehicles to businesses across the UK.

Following a successful trial period, the nationwide business is set to equip its entire strong fleet of vehicles with Teletrac Navman’s TN360 service – an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered telematics platform that delivers real-time data to unlock greater compliance, efficiency, and productivity benefits for fleet operations. The new system allows Reflex Vehicle Hire to capture vital data and real-time insights across their fleet and in turn positively impact driver behaviour. With the system linking to the ECU (electronic control unit) of the vehicle to provide accurate mileage, fault codes and speed, this will benefit the customer by identifying issues and resolving them efficiently.

This integration is especially important on Reflex’s Road to Zero strategy. The data provided by the system forms a huge part of the fleet analysis to deliver the recently launched service EV:IE, showcasing the switch from ICE vehicle to EV’s.

The package includes Teletrac Navman’s dashboard camera solution which enables the integration of cameras with tracking software to allow Reflex to combine consistent and accurate driver behaviour data with video footage in a single platform, without using multiple systems.
